The official third and final scene and the final part of "The Hunter or the Hunted"

“This is the Emergency Broadcast System. This is not a test. The Centres for Disease Control has reported an outbreak of Myxomatosis that reanimates dead tissue, prolonging life long after clinical death. Symptoms include growling, cannibalism, increased aggression, high pain tolerance and increased physical strength. All citizens are ordered not to approach or apprehend the infected as they are considered highly dangerous. The U.S. Government has responded to the Outbreak and is ordering Civilians to stay calm and lock all doors and windows and barricade any point of entry. The CDC is reporting that emergency vaccines are being used to try and combat the outbreak. Military Evacuation is impossible as Quarantine Zones are set up on every road in and out of major cities.
